Hampden- Before a packed gymnasium at Hampden Academy Tuesday evening, the Hampden Bronco Unified basketball team got 21 points from Isaiah Palmer to defeat the Oceanside Mariners Unified team 44-36 to claim the Eastern Maine Championship.
