The Medomak Valley Holiday Classic basketball tournament will return for another year Saturday Dec. 26 for the girls games and Monday Dec. 28 for the boys. The schedule will be the same for each gender and games will run from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for the final match up.
As always the two days feature a great line up of teams, both local and away. This year the teams will consist of Medomak Valley, Rockland, Boothbay, Georges Valley, Belfast, Lincoln Academy, Wiscasset and Freeport.

6:00 Freeport vs. Medomak
7:30 Wiscasset vs. LA
Basketballs and water provided. Ten-minute warm-up. Eight-minute half-time and the tournament will feature certified board officials.
Admission: $4 for adult day pass. $6 adult 2-day pass. $2 student/senior pass. $3 student/senior 2-day pass. $15 family 2-day pass.

Every team will receive a Holiday Classic t-shirt for participating. There will be an All-Classic Team for boys and girls along with Player of the Game awards.
