Bangor – Sunday afternoon the Vermont Tech women’s basketball team shot just 36 per cent from the floor, but that was twice as good as the Eastern Maine Community College women (18%) and good enough for the Knights to make the trip back home a pleasant one with a 43-35 victory over the Golden Eagles at Johnston Gymnasium on the campus of EMCC.
